Rainbows are the youngest members of Girlguiding UK and are open to girls aged 5 - 7 years. The Rainbows follow a programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw and take part in games and activities which allow them to explore the four areas; Look, Learn, Laugh and Love. Guides are members of Girlguiding UK aged 10 - 14 years. Guide Companies follow a packed programme chosen by the girls themselves. Guides work towards Go For Its, Badges and Challenges which allows them to take part in a wide range of activities from Outdoor skills and Camping to Crafts and Life Skills.
